On June 26, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 shoes from the Sporjinal store at Tekirdağ Tekira Mall. Shockingly, after wearing them fewer than 15 times, the shoes already developed yellowing and noticeable color changes on the side areas. When I bought them, I was assured that they were durable and covered by a one-year exchange guarantee if any issues occurred. I still have my invoice, and the shoes should clearly be under warranty.
I had previously purchased Puma shoes from the same store, and when a similar issue happened, they processed an exchange without hesitation. However, this time with Skechers, the store staff acted completely indifferent. They only sent the shoes for inspection and gave me two vague forms that included no explanation, repair details, or approval/denial of exchange. The level of customer care dropped drastically after the sale. In fact, I was even told things like “Don’t bother sending them, it will be rejected, and you’ll just be left without shoes.”
I bought two pairs at the same time, paying a total of ₺7.200,25, yet I feel abandoned by both Skechers and Sporjinal when I needed after-sales support. A reputable brand should not ignore a warranty claim this early into a product’s life.
I demand that my Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 shoes be replaced immediately and that proper accountability is shown by both the brand and the retailer.
