I Face Heel and Side Tear Issues on Skechers Arch Fit Shoes

I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit sneakers from the Diyarbakır Ceylan AVM store, and within the first two months, the heel area began to wear out and open up. Although I have previously owned several Skechers shoes that showed similar heel lining problems, this time the issue was far more serious, as the left shoe developed a large tear on the side panel.

Because of this, I submitted the shoes to the store for inspection under warranty, with request ID 8-14404. Unfortunately, my claim was rejected with the explanation that no manufacturing defect was found. However, I have been using these shoes for only about one year, and I was clearly told at the time of purchase that the product carries a two-year warranty. My invoice is still available, and the warranty coverage has not expired.

Given the short period of use and the extent of the damage, I do not accept this outcome. I am requesting that my Skechers Arch Fit shoes be replaced under warranty. I expect Skechers to take responsibility for product quality and resolve my issue promptly.
