On 01.01.2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers Delson 3.0 – Brandis winter waterproof boots from the Forum İstanbul AVM Skechers store. Since I work on weekdays, I only wore them occasionally on weekends and for just one winter season. Despite such limited use, both boots developed serious cracking and surface breaks, which not only ruined their visual quality but also caused them to lose their waterproof feature, making them completely unwearable.
On 15.03.2025, I submitted the boots to the store for inspection. However, the official report (form no. 1-446005) once again stated that the problem was not manufacturing-related but a user fault, and the shoes were returned without repair or replacement. I also contacted Skechers customer service, but no practical solution or support was provided.
It is unacceptable that boots marketed as durable and waterproof deteriorated in less than one year of use. I am requesting either a replacement under warranty or a full refund. I expect Skechers to take responsibility for the quality of its products and resolve this issue promptly.
