Siemens Dishwasher SN23EW62KT Leaves My Glasses and Cutlery Stained




I purchased a Siemens SN23EW62KT IQ500 Solo dishwasher on June 20, 2025, and from the very first day its washing performance has been a huge disappointment. After every wash, glasses, forks, spoons, and knives come out stained, making my brand-new items unusable and causing serious material loss. I also have photos documenting the issue. The Siemens authorized service team conducted a washing and water hardness test, and even with the products they brought for testing, the same stains appeared. Later, I was contacted by Ms. Ö**** from Siemens headquarters, who only suggested changing the dishwasher detergent. However, despite trying four different brands, including the one recommended by Siemens, the problem persists. In the end, I was told, “There is no issue with the product, there’s nothing we can do.” I also overheard during a call with the service staff that other customers have faced the same problem. My product is still under warranty (Invoice No: DLA2025000000608). I have repeatedly contacted Siemens customer service, but no solution has been provided and my grievance remains unresolved. I purchased the product in six installments with my credit card and I am requesting a replacement. I expect Siemens to urgently provide a permanent solution that will compensate for my financial loss and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
