1win Marked My ₹5,000 Deposit as Cancelled After Successful Payment
I attempted to deposit ₹5000 into my 1win account on 6 May 2026 at around 6:37 a.m. using UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but in my 1win account, the transaction is shown as “cancelled,” and the money has not been credited. I have all the UPI transaction details and reference information confirming that the payment was completed from my side. Despite this, my 1win balance has not been updated, and there is no trace of the ₹5000 on the platform. I already emailed 1win support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I find this situation very worrying, as my money has been deducted with no resolution or communication. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹5000 to my 1win account or refunding the full amount back to my original UPI payment source, and that I be informed in writing once this is done.
