On 27.12.2023, we purchased a Siemens refrigerator, and since then, our stored items have been consistently spoiling. As the summer arrived, the problem only worsened. We called for service, but instead of addressing the issue, we were criticized for supposedly opening the door too often. The service technician left the device with us for 3 days, but it wasn’t picked up until the 5th day. We were then informed that the motherboard had burned out, the thermometer was faulty, and parts would be replaced.
However, this refrigerator is only 8 months old, and I’m not satisfied with just a part replacement. I believe the product is defective, and this is not due to user error. I’m requesting a full product replacement.
