On December 30, 2024, I purchased Siemens brand products with the model numbers listed below from your authorized dealer using an installment payment method for a total of ₺140,000. The products purchased are: 1. Siemens KG86NVWE0N – Bottom freezer refrigerator, 2. Siemens WG42A1X2TR – Washing machine, 3. Siemens WQ51G200TR – Dryer, 4. Siemens SN23IW62MT – Solo dishwasher, 5. Siemens LC64KPJ20T – Wall-mounted hood, 6. Siemens EO7C2PP30O – Gas stove, 7. Siemens HB557JYW5T – Built-in oven. Despite more than five months having passed, none of the products have been delivered. On May 10, 2025, I visited the store for a face-to-face meeting and was told that the products would arrive from Samsun within a week and be delivered. However, the products did not arrive within the promised time, and another promise was made for the following week. Later, I was informed that the delivery was postponed again due to inventory counts as their agreement with Siemens was ending. When I followed up before the Eid al-Adha holiday, I was assured that the delivery would be made before the holiday, but it was not. After the holiday, I contacted them again and was told the products still hadn't arrived and that the process would be further delayed. As of today, delivery has still not been made. Throughout this entire process, repeated broken promises, the failure to provide a clear delivery date, and being kept waiting for approximately five and a half months have caused significant distress. I request that my grievance be resolved, that my products be delivered to me in full as soon as possible, and that an official explanation regarding this process be provided.
