We bought a Siemens water heater, and on November 20, 2023, we called Siemens customer service at to schedule the installation. They told us that the installation would be done in the afternoon. I'm glad I got confirmation, so I called the authorized service just to be sure. They said they can only come in the afternoon on November 21, 2023. Even though things have changed, we still agreed. I called again in the afternoon on November 21, 2023, around 2 PM. They said someone would definitely come today. Alright, we were thinking. I called again at 4:04 PM to let them know that nobody had shown up yet. They kept saying that someone would show up. When nobody came, we called Siemens customer service again. They mentioned the problem, saying that the Manavgat service tried to get in touch with us but couldn't, so they had to cancel the installation. They told us that someone would contact us soon. We called Siemens customer service again on November 22, 2023, around noon. It's the same old story. Someone will contact you soon. Who is to blame for this never-ending drama? I'm not happy with Siemens and their service.
