Siemens Failed to Deliver My 6 Piece Appliance Package Before My Wedding

I had ordered a 6-piece home appliance package from Siemens (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, and range hood). We placed the order on March 31, 2024, with a planned delivery for a later date. However, when we visited the relevant store on May 6, 2025, we discovered it had closed down and the products were not being delivered. We contacted Siemens multiple times, but they only told us that the dealer should get back to us and that they were “monitoring the process.” Beyond that, they didn’t even offer a simple “sorry” or show any concern. With less than a month left until our wedding, we still haven’t received our products. We didn’t buy from just any store—we bought directly from a Siemens store. Yet they accept no responsibility. They use corporate language like “we’re following up,” but they haven’t taken any meaningful action to deliver the products we purchased under the Siemens brand. Trusting this brand has only brought us stress and disappointment. Siemens, despite being a well-established company, clearly does not care about customer satisfaction and instead causes customer frustration. They have completely lost their credibility, and we’ve seen firsthand that they do not stand behind their name.
