Insufficient Service Provided By SIEMENS in Turkey


I scheduled an installation appointment for the dryer through https://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com/tr for 16:00-18:00 on December 26, 2023, by contacting customer service at 444 66 88 on December 24, 2023. When I called customer service on December 26, 2023, around 17:20 at 444 66 88, I was informed that no parts were available, and they had been ordered. Despite the assurance in the message that individuals would be personally informed of any changes in the appointment time, no such communication was made.
As a Sabiha Gökçen flight worker, I leave work early to reach my home in Beylikdüzü. I plan my schedule based on the given hours, and most importantly, I travel approximately 90 km. Unfortunately, the relevant service neglected to provide any information. When purchasing a brand like Bosch, which is touted as Profilo's superior, one expects a service network to support the product. However, it seems they lack the commitment to offer service when needed. This experience reinforces the importance of considering the after-sales service when making a purchase. Thank you, Siemens...
