Siemens Failed to Provide the Maintenance Service I Paid for and Never Notified Me

I was left disappointed and unable to benefit from the additional maintenance service I purchased from Siemens, despite paying for it. On 31.01.2023, when my dryer was being installed, the Siemens technician informed me about additional maintenance services. I purchased the service for ₺1,239.00, and the technician assured me that Siemens would notify me a year later to arrange the collection of my dryer for service. However, over a year has passed, and I never received any notification from Siemens. Since I was not notified, I couldn’t track when they were supposed to contact me.

When I reached out to the retailer, they reassured me that my rights with Siemens wouldn’t be lost, so I waited patiently. A few weeks ago, I contacted Siemens regarding an issue with my washing machine and requested the promised maintenance for my dryer. Unfortunately, I was told that I could no longer benefit from the service I had paid for. Despite the retailer contacting Siemens on my behalf, the response remained negative. I am deeply frustrated. Why am I not receiving the service I paid for, and why did Siemens fail to inform me on time? The misguidance from the retailer has only added to my frustration.
