Siemens Failed to Fix My Elektronik Plus Water Heater Despite Multiple Service Calls

I installed a Siemens Elektronik Plus instant water heater in December 2022, and it has been nothing but trouble from the very beginning. After multiple calls, the service team visited four times over two years, insisting that the issues were resolved each time. Regrettably, the same or new problems emerged again just a few days later. The device is not working at all, and I'm still waiting for assistance, even though the warranty has run out. Additionally, my Siemens and Profilo washing machines encountered issues with their circuit boards. One has been repaired, but I'm still waiting for service on the other. Siemens seems to have lost its reputation for reliability. I want to bring attention to the difficulties I've encountered with their products and services for the benefit of other consumers.
