On October 21, 2023, I purchased a washing and drying machine from Siemens' website. However, the drying machine was delivered to my neighbor without my consent and was found damaged from two sides. My neighbor received the packaged item and signed for it in that condition. When the authorized service arrived for installation, we identified the damages together. I reported the issue to Siemens on October 26, 2023.
Until November 22, 2023, for about a month, I have been in constant communication with the brand over the phone, consistently requesting a return of the product and the provision of a new one. On November 22, 2023, they informed me over the phone that they would replace the damaged parts but would not provide a new product in flawless condition. Despite my request for written documentation, they have not sent any.
The product has been sitting in the entrance of my house for almost a month now. I am dissatisfied with the company's attitude. Additionally, the company issued an invoice for the product I purchased and paid for on October 21, 2023, on November 21, 2023, which is in violation of the Tax Procedure Law.
