Siemens Tumble Dryer Arrived Damaged


On March 17, 2024, I ordered the most expensive dryer on sale from the website https://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com. I believe they put damaged products on discount. The product arrived on March 19, 2024. Since I wasn't home, my sick father had to accept it. The careless logistics company employees who delivered the product tore the outer bags and made my sick father sign a report stating "I received it without any damage" without checking. When I got home, I noticed dents and scratches in 3-4 places on the side cover due to transportation. I haven't even installed the product yet. When I called for a replacement, they refused, claiming we received it undamaged. I was victimized by irresponsible logistics employees. It's disheartening to see such a big company operating so irresponsibly. Customer service offered no help. I'll pursue whatever means necessary. This kind of nonsense is unacceptable. Friends, I advise against this brand.
