About a year and a half ago, we experienced severe vibration and noise issues with our Siemens washer-dryer for the first time. Despite paying twice as much compared to competitors for this machine, which was only 2-3 years old at the time, the product and the brand's representatives have caused us significant distress, and I would like to share our experience. The authorized service replaced multiple parts of the machine. When they returned the machine, I noted on the service receipt that the vibration issue persisted. Despite this, the team left the machine with us and departed. It seems there’s no oversight of the service teams, as no one even followed up with us. Over the past 18 months, the machine has repeatedly exhibited the same issue despite numerous service interventions, and it has also developed additional faults, clearly stemming from the original problem. On top of being unable to use the machine properly, we’ve faced additional hardship due to taking numerous days off work to accommodate service appointments, which were frequently delayed or missed. Ironically, we chose this product by paying a premium to avoid such issues, yet we’ve experienced troubles far beyond what we’ve heard from people using much more affordable alternatives. Even after sending videos of the problem and the service teams repeatedly replacing broken components like shock absorbers and counterweights, the headquarters had the audacity to call and claim that everything was "normal," insulting our intelligence. I strongly urge you to watch the video of this so-called "normal" machine and reconsider your opinion of the brand.
