Siemens WQ41G2C0TR Dryer Arrived Scratched - No Replacement Provided

I purchased a Siemens WQ41G2C0TR model clothes dryer from an authorized dealer. Right after installation, I noticed a visible scratch on the display panel and reported it to the dealer the same day. For nearly a month, I have contacted both the dealer and Siemens customer service multiple times, but every time I was told, “We’re looking into it,” with no real progress. I’ve spent an entire month dealing with this issue, and no one has provided a concrete solution. I’m also tired of being treated as if I were the one at fault. I haven’t used the machine, the scratch remains on the screen, and such a defect is completely unacceptable in a brand-new product. I have the invoice (Invoice No: HYS2025000001372), and it’s still under warranty (Invoice Date: 14.10.2025). I demand that my machine be replaced or refunded immediately. I no longer want to be stalled—I expect a clear and prompt resolution.
