Sidra Chain Support Ignored My Account Recovery Request
I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account for more than three months because I lost access to my Google Authenticator and therefore cannot log in. My account is registered with the e‑mail address hermanchar***@gmail.com. There are more than 100 tokens in my account, which, although not yet fully registered, are very valuable to me, and I am extremely worried about permanently losing access to these assets. Right after losing access, I contacted Sidra Chain support through the website and filled out the support form. A ticket was created for my case, but since then, I have not received any response or guidance from the support team. This lack of communication has increased my anxiety and made the situation even more stressful. I kindly request that Sidra Chain disable Google Authenticator on my account or reset the 2FA so that I can log in again. I am willing to complete any identity verification or necessary security steps to recover my access. I expect my request to be handled urgently and that the support team contacts me as soon as possible with a clear solution so I can safely regain access to my account and tokens.
