Kosmos Visa Daily SMS Quota Blocked My Schengen Appointment
I have been trying to schedule an appointment and submit payment through Kosmos Visa for approximately 1.5 months; however, I am experiencing severe frustration due to both the daily SMS quota and the overall appointment/payment system. The daily SMS quota is a headache on its own, finding an appointment is an entirely separate struggle, and actually reaching the payment page has become another problem altogether.
When I log into the system, SMS verification is required, so an SMS is dispatched repeatedly on every single attempt, quickly triggering a "daily SMS quota reached" warning. Although the system states that logging in from the same browser will not require an SMS within 72 hours, it continuously prompts for SMS verification anyway. The supposed 72-hour waiting period does not function properly in practice either; when I attempt to log in before this timeframe expires, I encounter similar errors again. On the rare occasions I manage to reach the payment section, the appointment slot is already handed off to someone else before I can proceed with the transaction. When I attempt different dates and times, I receive a "selected time slot is full" warning, causing the system to send yet another SMS, consuming my quota until my daily SMS allowance is entirely exhausted.
Despite attempting almost every single day, I can neither create a proper appointment nor successfully complete a payment. I am experiencing significant time loss, stress, and hardship because of this broken system.
I demand that Kosmos Visa either abolish this daily SMS quota policy entirely or establish a fair, properly functioning appointment system where the scheduling and payment steps do not lock each other out. I request that my grievance be addressed and resolved urgently.
