Kosmos Visa Staff Member Misused My Husband's Personal Data From Visa Files

I received visa services through the Kırklareli branch of Kosmos Visa Services. During this process, D*** Ö, one of the two female staff members working there, accessed my husband's phone number from our official application documents, contacted him privately, and attempted to alienate my husband from me. It is extremely disturbing and utterly unacceptable to me that an employee of a company can access personal data shared strictly for business purposes and use it to interfere in our private life.

I find it completely unacceptable that a staff member working at an institution we trusted for visa processing would misuse personal data and contact information outside its intended purpose like this. The fact that such an individual is still employed within this organization has completely shattered my trust.

I demand that an immediate investigation be launched regarding the employee involved, that severe sanctions be enforced concerning personal data protection and customer privacy, and that a written explanation be provided to me on this matter. I expect the gravity of this incident to be recognized and all necessary steps to be taken so that similar situations do not happen to anyone else.
