I Have Been Unable To Access My Sidra Chain Account
I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account through the Android application for about one month. Until this issue occurred, I was always logging in only with my password and had never activated or linked Google Authenticator or any other additional security method to this account. Recently, the system suddenly started asking me for a Google Authenticator code during login. Since I never set up Google Authenticator for my Sidra Chain account, I do not have any codes, backup keys, or access to such an app connected to Sidra Chain. At this stage, I am completely blocked at the Google Authenticator code step and cannot complete the login process or reach my account in any way. In my Sidra Chain account, there are approximately 346 coins that I currently cannot access due to this problem. I have not previously contacted support about this, and I am requesting urgent assistance so that I do not lose access to my assets. I kindly request that the incorrectly added Google Authenticator requirement on my account be removed, or that an alternative and secure verification method be provided so that I can verify my identity and regain full access to my Sidra Chain account as soon as possible.
