Sidra Chain Account Locked After Lost Authenticator - No 2FA Reset Support

I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account for the last two weeks because I lost access to my Google Authenticator, and as a result I cannot log in. I have many tokens in my account, and although they are not fully listed yet, they are valuable to me and I am very concerned about being locked out of my assets. Right after losing access, I contacted Sidra Chain support through the website and filled out the support form. A ticket was issued for my case, but I have not received any response or guidance from the support team since then. This lack of communication is increasing my anxiety and making the situation more stressful. I kindly request that Sidra Chain disables Google Authenticator on my account or otherwise resets my 2FA so that I can log in again. I am ready to complete any necessary identity verification or security steps you require to restore my access. I expect my request to be handled urgently and for support to contact me with a clear solution as soon as possible.
Progress
I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account for about two weeks because I lost access to my Google Authenticator, which I was using for two-factor authentication. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account. After realizing I could not log in, I contacted Sidra Chain through both their website support and email support and clearly explained that I needed my two-factor authentication to be reset or my account access to be restored. However, until now I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the support team, and my situation remains unresolved. I request that my Google Authenticator–based two-factor authentication be reset or disabled and my access to the Sidra Chain account with the username “Mahmudc***” be restored as soon as possible. I also expect a clear response from the support team explaining the steps I need to follow and confirming that my request is being handled.
