Sidra Chain Support Unresponsive After Authenticator Failure
I have been unable to access my Sidra chain account for about a month because of an authenticator issue. The account is secured with an authenticator that I can no longer access, which means I am completely locked out of my account and cannot log in or manage anything. During this period, I have submitted several support requests to your support team asking for help, but I have not received any response so far, which has made the situation very frustrating. I kindly request that you reset or remove the current authenticator linked to my account so that I can log in again and set up a new authenticator for security.
