Sidra Account Locked After Google Authenticator Reset - No Support Response


I have been locked out of my Sidra Chain account for more than two months because I lost access to my Google Authenticator after resetting it. Since the reset, I have been unable to log in, as I can no longer use the 2FA codes linked to my Sidra Chain account. On November 7, I contacted Sidra Chain support by email to request help with this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Being unable to access my account for such a long period is very frustrating and prevents me from using your services. I kindly request that my 2FA be disabled or reset so that I can regain access to my Sidra Chain account as soon as possible. I would also appreciate a clear response about the status of my request.
