Kosmos Edirne Refused Service Fee Refunds After My Fifth Greek Visa Rejection

I applied for a tourist visa to Greece through the Kosmos Edirne branch. Even though I had previously received Greek visas four times through the same company, my fifth application submitted in December 2025 resulted in a refusal. Following this rejection decision, no refund was issued for any of the fees I paid to either the consulate or Kosmos.

For this application, I paid an €80 consulate fee and approximately $42 to Kosmos. When I spoke with the Kosmos Edirne branch regarding the refusal, I was dismissed with a brief "you were not deemed suitable," with no explanation or solution-oriented approach provided. I have also been following public reports showing that many people who applied during the same period were similarly rejected, turning this into a widespread grievance covered in the news media.

I consider it a complete injustice that my latest application was rejected without any reasonable explanation—despite my having obtained visas multiple times before—and that the fees we paid were not refunded following the rejection. I demand that the hardship we experienced during this process be rectified, specifically that no agency service fees or extra charges be requested for our upcoming visa applications, and, if possible, that the payments I made for this rejected application be refunded.
