I have been attempting to secure an online Greece visa appointment through the Kosmos Visa İzmir application center for approximately 6 months; however, even though available dates appear on the system, I am unable to complete the booking. I select a date on the appointment screen, but when I try to proceed, the system prompts that I must first click the "I'm not a robot" button, after which the transaction fails to progress any further.

It continuously hangs on the exact same screen, leaving me unable to finalize the appointment creation process, which has caused me severe time loss as this situation has persisted for a long time. To rule out potential technical issues related to the internet or browser, I attempted the process across various devices and times, yet achieved no results.

I demand an urgent investigation into this technical glitch in the Kosmos Visa Greece appointment system, that the appointment booking mechanism be rendered operational without errors, and that assistance be provided to schedule an appointment for me as soon as possible.
