In the Sephora online shopping app, I constantly face problems when trying to add my delivery address. The app’s address search tool contains incorrect neighborhood names, which prevents me from selecting the correct address and causes the system to give an error.
Because of this ongoing issue, the courier company has to call me every time to confirm my address, which results in delays, wasted time, and repeated delivery problems. Despite my customer information being correctly saved in Sephora’s system, this error in the address search section has remained unresolved for a long time.
I request that Sephora update and fix the address search engine in their application so that my correct address can be selected without errors. This recurring issue has caused me significant inconvenience, and I expect a proper resolution to prevent future problems.
