Samsung's Failure To Install The Air Conditioner


We bought a Samsung washing machine, but it's sitting in the middle of our living room like a decoration. We've created multiple installation requests, but no one is calling or following up. They assigned a service provider named Maksa Elektronik, but it's impossible to reach them by phone. I've wasted hours trying to contact them, and to make matters worse, they called once saying they would come, and never showed up again. If we try to install it ourselves, it will void the warranty, leaving us helpless. We're about to go on vacation in two days, and everything is dirty because we can't do laundry. It's an unbearable situation. Please, we desperately need an authorized service provider to come and put an end to this ordeal.
