Samsung's Failure To Install The Air Conditioner

I bought an air conditioner online, and it showed up on my doorstep on July 14, 2023. I called Samsung customer service the same day to set up a time for the installation. They told me that Samsung Maksa Elektronik company, the nearest authorized service center, would get in touch with me about the installation. But Maksa Elektronik hasn't contacted me at all in the last 6 days. When I tried to call Maksa Elektronik myself, I got a message that said they couldn't answer because of technical problems. On the other hand, Samsung customer service told me that they had made the service request, but they couldn't do anything else. I am very upset with how Samsung handles customer service. So much trouble is needed just to get the product set up. No matter how good Samsung's products are, they won't be successful as long as their service is so bad. Attention all people who might buy a Samsung AC! Don't use their service.
