Free Fire Rank Bug: 6316 Points Still Not Grandmaster

I am writing regarding a problem with my Free Fire account that I would like Garena support to check and fix. My in‑game nickname is “SʜᴀʜᴇᴇʀNɪᴀᴢɪ” and my UID is 9374309673. Today I noticed that although I have 6,316 rank points, the game is still only showing me as Elite Master instead of Grandmaster. According to the game requirements, Grandmaster starts from 6,300 points, so I am already 16 points above the threshold, but my Grandmaster rank is still not appearing in the game. I kindly request that you review my account and ranking status, correct this rank display issue, and ensure that my Grandmaster rank is properly reflected in the game if I meet the required conditions. I would also appreciate any information on why this situation occurred and how it can be prevented in the future.
