Extremely Poor Installation Service Experience With Samsung Dryer
Dear Samsung Team, I purchased a Samsung brand dryer, and I have been waiting for it to be installed since the 28th of this month. The service team calls me and says they will arrive at 11:00 AM — yet no one shows up. Then they claim they will come at 1:00 PM — again, no one shows up. When I try to call back, no one answers. This has happened repeatedly over the last two days. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and disorganized service network in my life. I have spent two full days waiting at home from morning until evening, and not a single technician has arrived as promised. One of the service staff called a day before and scheduled an exact time, but on the day of installation, the case was mysteriously transferred to a different service branch. Meanwhile, I’m the one left completely inconvenienced and disrespected. We own many Samsung products in our home, but this will definitely be the last. I am planning to escalate this complaint not only through local channels, but also to your headquarters in South Korea. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly, unacceptable.
