Samsung Faulty Washing Machine, and Broken Promises
I recently purchased a Samsung washing machine, but it arrived defective. They repeatedly sent technicians for checks and documentation, and we requested a replacement. They agreed, but here's the catch: They claimed they didn't have the same model in stock and recommended another. We reluctantly agreed and waited patiently. However, days have passed and no resolution has been reached. We've been without a working machine for several days now, and it's getting old. Every time we call their customer service, I explain the situation for half an hour only to be told, "We'll call you back." However, guess what? No one returned my call. Since the day I bought that Samsung machine, I've had nothing but regret. I've been venting on social media and sharing my frustrating experience with all of my friends and family. If I don't get a resolution soon, I'll be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and go to court. This is simply unacceptable from a reputable global brand.
