StarMaker ID Restricted - Cannot Login

I have been unable to use my StarMaker account for about two months because my ID appears to be restricted on my device. My StarMaker ID is 100112165*** and I am trying to log in on an Android phone, but I cannot access the account due to the device/ID problem. Until this issue started two months ago, I was using my account normally, and since then I have not been able to use StarMaker properly. I have not yet been able to reach your customer support through any channel. I kindly request that you remove the restriction on my StarMaker ID, unlock the device limit, and allow me to log in again on my current Android phone so that I can continue using my account without any problems.
