I am filing a formal complaint against 1win (License 8048/JAZ) regarding the unjustified blocking of my sports betting account and the complete lack of response from your side for the last two months. My account was blocked on 07/03/2026, and since that date I have been unable to access it at all, even though I had already completed the full KYC/identity verification requested by your platform. When I try to log in, I simply see that the user is blocked and I cannot use my account in any way. There is approximately 100 USD in my account balance which I cannot access or withdraw because of this block. I have contacted you many times via both email and live chat, especially the security email, but I have not received any meaningful reply or solution for about two months, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I request that my 1win sports betting account be reactivated as soon as possible and that I regain full access to my balance of 100 USD. I also expect a clear explanation for why my account was blocked despite completing all verification steps, and why there has been no response to my repeated attempts to contact your support and security teams.
