Samsung Washing Machine Cannot Rinse - I Wait 8 Days for Service
My Samsung washing machine hasn't been able to rinse for a while. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and a service request was created. I was told that an authorized service technician would get back to me, but it's been 8 days and I still haven't received any response. Not only have I been unable to get any service, but customer support also pretends to offer solutions, yet in reality, they provide none. Apparently, there's only one service center in Çanakkale, and it's responsible for a huge area that includes Edirne, Keşan, and Malkara. A single service center for such a large region. No one calls, no one checks in, no one follows up on the process, and even the so-called solution centers can't offer any solutions. Samsung has been a complete disappointment from top to bottom! I will never bring another Samsung product into my home again.

My Samsung washing machine has not been able to rinse at all for a while. For a solution to this problem, I called Samsung customer service every day for 8 days, and each time I was just told that a record was created and I should wait. However, during this process, no service was directed to me in any way and I did not receive any service.
It was said that in the area where I live, service is provided to a very wide area by a single service provider. However, no one called me, nor was I able to reach an official who followed the process or offered a solution. Customer service also just kept telling me to wait instead of producing a solution.
I demand a clear and explicit explanation from Samsung as to why I cannot receive service. I previously created a request on this site, and they asked for my contact information here. Am I supposed to share my contact information on a publicly accessible portal? Is this your solution? Then you say you couldn't reach me because I didn't share my information. Go ahead and explain it here!
