Samsung 50AU8000 TV Panel Burned Out Right After Warranty Expired
I bought a Samsung 50AU8000 50-inch TV, and just 5-6 months after the warranty expired, the entire panel burned out. I expected a well-known brand like Samsung to offer durability and reliability, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I reached out to customer service, I hoped for a reasonable solution, but their response was disappointing. They asked for ₺20,000 to replace the panel, which is the same as buying a new TV. It feels like they are pushing customers to buy new products instead of supporting the ones they already sold. What's the point of getting a Samsung TV if it doesn't even last three years!
