I would be very happy if you could contact me as soon as possible. I am in the earthquake zone in Kahramanmaraş, and we have already been dealing with enough problems for months. Please do not create any more issues.

I bought a Samsung 58tu7000 TV from the A101 store on September 16, 2021. The screen went black all of a sudden. When I called customer service, they told me the screen panel was broken and said it would cost nearly 14,000 tl to fix. The warranty has been over for 10 days now; can't you fix it? I didn't buy a high-end brand so that it would only last two years because of a long-term problem. We had faith in the brand and paid a lot of money for it. Look at the result: a so-called global brand, and they want me to pay for a problem that keeps coming back. Consumer Rights will be getting a complaint from me.
