We got ourselves a three-piece white goods set from the Samsung Store in Ankara Natavega. So, the stuff that got delivered was put in place, but it ended up being not quite the same as what was on display at the store. Also, when we were setting up, we were told that a robot vacuum would come with it, but the service guys didn't know anything about it. When we hit up the store, they were like, "Just file a complaint, dude." How nice of you to remind us that!!! And to make matters worse, after only 6 months of using the washing machine, it's acting like it's about to walk and run away from us... They're saying that the people in charge of this got canned, and they're saying everyone went through the same thing, all the customers who are unfortunate to shop there around those times...We ain't gonna put up with this no more. We're gonna file a complaint with the consumer rights folks against that company that sells crappy stuff. never been through something so awful.
