Selling Defective Products, Samsung Stalling Until Warranty Ends

We bought a bunch of appliances from Samsung's Izmir Optimum store in 2017, and they've been nothing but trouble. The company hasn't done anything to help us with the issues. They have completely wiped us out, both financially and emotionally! In just one year, I had to get the washing machine fixed 13 times and the refrigerator fixed 11 times. They made us wait on the phone until the warranty ran out, and then basically told us, "You're on your own now." I was really annoyed, so I went to the Consumer Arbitration Board yesterday to make sure I got what I deserved. Since there's a good chance of winning, I'm thinking of taking legal action and suing the company. It's not right to leave people feeling so upset. I've been dealing with a broken washing machine for 25 days while taking care of my two kids, and it keeps stopping unexpectedly.

I want a new device right away. I will also talk to Samsung's CEO about this issue when they are overseas. I've been using Samsung for 15 years while living abroad. My mom, brother, and I have never had any issues with it. I think we should keep a close eye on the dealers in Turkey. I'm going to report this to CİMER as well. We really need to urgently investigate Samsung.
