Samsung Washing Machine Was Never Repaired Despite Many Service Visits

I was victimized by the Samsung Odunluk branch in Bursa. I have been using my Samsung washing machine for about 7-8 years, and since the warranty had expired, I called the service when it broke down. Within a month, the service team came a total of three times. Each time they charged me a service fee and claimed that they had replaced the pump motor. However, the machine did not work for even a single day, and the problem was never solved. In addition, I was not provided with any invoice or service report. I paid a total of ₺4,300, yet the machine was not repaired. When I called again, they demanded an additional ₺6,000. They are deliberately not fixing the problem and keep charging fees each time they come. When I contacted Samsung customer service, they told me I would have to pay again and did not offer any assistance. I am requesting a refund.
