I bought a Samsung robot vacuum, and after just 5–6 cleaning cycles, the brushes already wore out, which is unacceptable for a product under warranty. Since the device was still covered, I reached out to get replacement brushes—even if I had to pay for them myself.

What followed was an incredibly frustrating 3-week ordeal. I was bounced between customer service and the Büyükçekmece service center multiple times. After countless calls, I was finally sent a message with product images and pricing. But when I offered to go pick them up in person, I was told I needed to prepay first, and that they would contact me later when the parts arrived.

How does that make any sense? First they share images as if the items are in stock, then they tell me they aren’t. That’s not just poor coordination—it breaks trust. When I called the main customer support line to express how dissatisfied I was and asked to be redirected to a different service center, I was told that “this is the procedure” and no other service center information could be shared.
