Samsung Sold Me Faulty Appliances and Refused to Fix My Broken Dryer

Since I trust Samsung's quality, we bought all the white goods for our new home from Samsung. Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Clothes Dryer. We have separate complaints about each one. The refrigerator looks like it was made in a local blacksmith, the stove is the same, it doesn't even stand straight. Anyway, since they are very important, I complained about two of them. One of them was a vacuum cleaner, I threw it in the trash. Believe me, I threw it in the trash. Because Samsung didn't care about the product it sold, didn't even come and look, the brand new product didn't shrink on the first use, they said we would charge a service fee if we came and looked, so I threw it in the trash. Anyway, let's get to the main topic. I used the clothes dryer I bought brand new for the first time, fast drying 35 minutes. All 4-5 pieces of laundry came out wet. Only one of them seemed dry. Moreover, the unit where water should accumulate was completely dry. Does the machine only dry the unit? I am also afraid to call the service because even though it is an authorized service, even though they were directed from the Samsung communication center, they insist on money, money, money. And there is no system in Samsung that monitors these, imposes sanctions, protects the customer. I write through Sikayetvar and call, they say there is nothing we can do, if the authorized service deems it necessary, of course you have to pay the fee and they just dismiss it. Did you clean the dryer there, did you touch it here? Oh man, we call the authorized service for the installation, they plug it in and leave, they never turn it on to see if there is a problem? They left without even installing the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi installation does not work, I try it does not work. In other words, they leave without even looking if there is a problem. There is a Samsung structure that has become the toy of the employee. My advice to you is, you do not have to live every experience firsthand, your life is not enough for that, benefit from the experiences of others. In my opinion, do not try a Samsung brand product from now on. That old Samsung is gone.
