I purchased a Samsung multi air conditioner and have been trying to schedule an installation since the day I bought it. I have lost count of how many times I have reminded customer service, but they consistently fail to call me back. They even suggested that I provide a phone number for the service to contact me, which is frustrating. The service team seems to disregard Samsung's responsibility; what good does it do if I have to call them?
Their excuses are quite amusing, claiming "there is a high volume of requests." Is there no high volume in Izmir? A friend of mine bought an air conditioner in Antalya, and the service came within two days in mid-July. It seems like Samsung's service teams operate like "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Your sales are clear, your brand is well-known, and you should adjust your operations according to the summer demand. Even your service does not take you seriously, which is disappointing.
Fortunately, my return period has not yet passed.
