Samsung Air Conditioner's Delayed Montage Service Causes Frustration

I bought an air conditioner from Samsung in Ankara on July 15 and called their customer service at 4447711 to set up a time for installation. They said that someone from the service would get in touch with me, but no one did. I called again, and this time the center in Canakkale said they would look into installation during the third week of August. They didn't even say when it would happen. We bought the air conditioner to cool off, but now we can't get it set up. I'm thinking about sending it back and getting a different brand that works faster. The technicians at other companies can install it in no more than a week. Samsung needs to fix this customer service problem and stop hearing complaints from people. It's not good enough for a service to say that they'll look into it after forty days. If there is a problem with the amount of work, they should send services from other areas to help.
