Samsung Customer Dissatisfaction And Service Issue

Although the air conditioner I bought online from Samsung Shop on July 14 was not installed in August and was directed to the authorized service at Eyüp Güzeltepe, when we called the service, I could not reach it even though I waited for 45 minutes many times. This situation, where I could not get any results despite the records opened from the call center, shows how much importance is given to after-sales service and customer satisfaction. We are aware that it is busy, but the lack of assembly of the product in a month shows your deficiency. I always have these kinds of problems when I shop from your brand. I advise you to think twice before buying products from the Samsung brand, knowing that they do not care about your demands in any way and that you will be victimized.
