Regretting My Samsung Air Conditioner Purchase

I regret buying a Samsung air conditioner. Despite being under warranty, it doesn't cool properly. I contacted the authorized service in Diyarbakır, but it's been (5) days with no response or assistance. They keep telling me they are busy with other customers and leave me waiting despite my numerous calls. The service provided by Samsung is very inadequate, and they have left us severely inconvenienced in these hot temperatures for almost a week.
