Samsung Windfree AC Installation Delayed

I purchased a Samsung 'Windfree' model air conditioner and scheduled an installation service on June 14th. The customer representative told me they would call to set up a time for the installation. I also contacted Samsung Turkey's WhatsApp line, and yesterday they informed me that due to high temperatures, there's a sector-wide backlog for AC installations, and they couldn't provide a specific installation date. As a result, it's been 12 days with no calls or updates.
I understand that the holiday and high demand season are contributing factors, but major companies should stand out during crises. Being a global brand, I expect Samsung to prioritize customer satisfaction by providing updates and a clear installation date. Otherwise, the company's credibility, which promises 24-hour installation on their website, is at risk. I'm not sure if they can actually fulfill this guarantee for other customers. If they can, are we suffering through these hot days because I couldn't purchase due to a lack of stock on their website?
To ensure sustainable installation services, do they need to adjust their service operations to handle the summer rush, or should they limit production if they can't keep their promises? What I know for sure is that we are experiencing significant inconvenience during these hot days.
