Samsung Air Conditioner Failure in Ankara


I purchased a Samsung air conditioner in Ankara, paying almost double the price of other brands for a quality product that wouldn't cause issues. It was installed, but now, 15-20 days later, the air conditioner isn't blowing cold air. I've called for service, but no one has shown up for two days. I regret choosing Samsung because of this extreme disappointment. I haven't been able to use the air conditioner at all. The company says to call if the service doesn't come. Yesterday, they didn't answer the phone, and today they claim they are too busy. No one seems to care. I tell them, "You just installed this machine. You should say there was an installation error, fix it, and apologize to the customer." I ask if tomorrow, their last working day, they plan to check it. They say they'll try to make it, so maybe the service will look into it. The Samsung authorized service isn't capable; if the service isn't enough, another solution should be found. Open another service or find one with a high capacity. I've been dealing with this for two days and haven't taken any action. Zero customer satisfaction.

The company made an installation error, but after lengthy efforts, they eventually came back and fixed the installation connection errors.
