I purchased the product from the seller named Gürerler on Trendyol. When I received the product, I realized that the product was delivered to me in a defective way. When I noticed that there was an increasing sizzle in the product, I requested an exchange from Trendyol. The seller named Gürerler said that this product is an electronic product and that the product has become a second-hand product because I installed the product and that I should contact the Samsung authorized service since it is under warranty. Although I called the Samsung authorized service, they did not pick up the phone and then I repeatedly contacted Ms. H**** from the Samsung solution team for this issue, but neither Trendyol nor Samsung stated that they could not resolve my grievance. Trendyol said that I should contact Samsung and Samsung said that I should contact Trendyol and both companies (Trendyol and Samsung) said that another company should do the return and exchange. My victimization is still not resolved. I would like to state that if my grievance is not resolved today, I will report both companies to the consumer arbitration committee. I would like to state that both companies have made no effort to eliminate my victimization. If no action is taken, I will apply to the consumer court!
