Samsung is slandering its customers. When I unboxed the Samsung Tab S9 tablet purchased from Trendyol on November 17, 2023, I noticed a cracked screen. I promptly took a photo and reached out to Trendyol, the seller, and Samsung customer services. They advised sending the tablet to technical service, promising a refund or exchange with a defective product report. Directed by Samsung customer service, I sent the tablet to BDH Maltepe technical service. They informed me of a broken internal screen and a repair cost of ₺5,223.47. Despite my request for a defective product report, the service claimed they lacked such a procedure. Contacting Samsung customer service again on November 28, 2023, at 9:56, they stated, "We can't confirm if you broke the screen or it was pre-damaged. No return or exchange, but we can offer a slight discount on repair." This is unjust, as I discovered the cracked screen upon unboxing, and Samsung's refusal to acknowledge this feels like a baseless accusation. I'm pursuing my rights through every available channel, including consumer court and social media.
