My Brand-New Washer was Damaged by Samsung Service During Setup

This was my first time purchasing Samsung appliances, but after this experience, I will reconsider. Trendyol sold me a washing machine, and it appeared to be in good working order. The box was undamaged, but here's the catch: we couldn't open it or even inspect it for internal damage because breaking the seal would void the warranty. Despite our urgent request, we were unable to schedule a service appointment for several days. Two unprofessional-looking people arrived for the installation. They fought to get the machine out of the box, damaging it in the process. They couldn't even deal with a simple screw, forcing it until it broke and causing damage to the top cover. They promised to replace the damaged components. They asked us to sign a form stating that we broke the machine during the installation, which we refused. They dismissed our concerns, telling us that they didn't care where we complained. The service report later blamed the shipping company, denying any responsibility. What was Samsung's reaction? Frustration and passivity. I gave them images and a detailed explanation, but they didn't do anything. Samsung, I'm sorry for this experience.
